Employee mental health services
The importance of mental health in your organization
There is still a great deal of stigma around mental health, and around talking about mental health. Sadly, stigmatising, and discriminatory treatment can be upsetting for the person experiencing the illness, leading to additional issues such as low confidence and low self-esteem.Â
That is why understanding mental health has never been more relevant than in today’s workplace. Actively promoting good mental health and nurturing a healthy workplace helps minimize this impact of mental illness in your organization.Â
How we help
We offer a range of employee mental health services in our employee assistance programs (EAPs), including a mental health first aid course, mental health coaching, and workplace therapy. We understand that every business has its own set of unique circumstances which is why we tailor our coaching, training, and services to suit you and your business needs.Â
Our goal is to give you and your employees the confidence to start positive and constructive conversations about mental health. Now, when your employees feel heard, you can have a more positive work environment, increasing productivity and growth.Â
Our mental health services in detail
Mental health corporate wellness coaching
Recognize, understand, promote mental wellbeing, and assist others to do the same when needed. Through a deeper understanding and awareness of mental health issues, you will be able to help yourself and others in a practical and supportive way.Â
Mental health first aid training
Learn how to identify, understand, and support someone who may be developing a mental health issue, as well as building personal resilience and emotional intelligence while supporting others. We will train you to become a confident first point of contact for mental health issues.Â
Workplace therapy
Offering access to a workplace therapist provides a safe space for employees to talk through any issues they are facing at work or at home. This is often offered as part of an employee assistance program (EAP).
