We understand that every client is different; from the first session we’ll work with your employees to provide the coaching and support they need. From one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions, to group support, coaching, and wider education and awareness across the business, we’re here to help.

Here at Pinnacle Wellbeing Plus, we take a 360 degree approach using a blend of therapies & treatments. The first part of our approach is thoroughly understanding the individual before assessing the best route forward. Following the assessment we offer around 12 sessions, delivered weekly.

The goal of these sessions is to guide and support the individual into learning skills that will help to maintain a change in behaviour with alcohol and/or drug abuse. We typically use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, and EMDR as well as psychotherapy and counselling techniques.
