What does neurodivergent mean?
Neurodiversity is the idea that everyone’s brain is unique and the way that people think varies naturally. That means neurodivergent people often notice things that neurotypical people do not, and approach problems with a solution-based mindset, seeing a clearer path from A to B. These conditions can be found across the spectrum of intellectual ability and include Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, DCD/dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia.Â
But even though neurodivergent people have unique skills that are valuable in the workplace, they often struggle because many workplaces are not designed for them to perform at their best. This is often due to a lack of awareness of neurodiversity, and the ways in which neurodivergent people work differently.Â
What is neurodiversity coaching?
Neurodiversity coaching is a type of equality and diversity training to help understand and appreciate the differences in cognitive processing and neurodevelopmental conditions. Through our coaching and workshops, we can teach you how to create and implement a supportive, productive neurodivergent-inclusive workplace culture. Â
In harnessing, supporting, and nurturing neurodivergent employees you will ensure they are able to always perform at their best, creating better business outcomes for your organization. Â
How it works
Our training will help raise awareness of neurodiversity and the accommodation that can be made to help your employees thrive. We will help you to recognize and appreciate the different ways that neurodivergent people work and provide you with the tools to make reasonable adjustments.Â

How we work
We will work closely with you to create a series of bespoke neurodiversity coaching workshops and wellbeing programmes that work for your business. We’ll help you implement tangible, lasting culture change that drives a positive growth mindset that delivers measurable outcomes for the business across everything from employee engagement to innovation.
We’ll assess and measure your organisation’s culture in terms of outcomes for the individual, team and wider organisational level, and identify where there are structures in place that (unintentionally) reward and reinforce negative thinking over positive outcomes.
