Health Coaching

Optimum health and wellness underpins what our body and mind need to live each day at our best. When we lack physical energy and vitality the ripple effect can be felt in many aspects of our lives, from our work productivity and ability to focus, to our relationships, and how our physical body feels.

Through a holistic approach, health coaching combines nutrition education with essential wellness strategies to help you build sustainable healthy habits into your daily life. By listening, educating, motivating, and gently challenging you using the key pillars of health including blood sugar balancing, movement, connectedness, self-care, and sleep, you can achieve a health transformation you may not have thought possible.

Health coaching provides the support and accountability to help you overcome the hidden barriers and limiting beliefs that can get in the way of feeling better, so you can experience authentic physical and emotional well-being, the sustainable way.

“Everything you need to feel better is within the power of your daily habits” ~ Nicola von Bratt, health coach

How does personalised
health coaching help

Strengthening the foundations of your health is key to unlocking your full potential, both physically and mentally.

Science shows us that we experience significant improvements to our health by taking simple yet effective steps towards improving what and how we eat, prioritizing sleep, engaging in regular physical activity, and adjusting our relationship with alcohol, to name but a few. It truly can be that straightforward. We know what we need to do to feel better, so what gets in the way? Our habits.

Health coaching provides a structured approach to creating sustainable habits and behavior change, coupled with built-in accountability, allowing you to establish or re-establish healthier habits for the long term. Those who are motivated and committed to improving their health from the outset tend to achieve the best results.

“The relationship between building healthy habits, and time is key” ~ Nicola von Bratt, health coach

Practicing new habits that replace the ones that don’t serve our health goals take time and consistency to become natural behaviours, or “unconscious competencies”. What is essential to bear in mind is that we have had many years engaging in our negative habits prior to this point so we need to practice both patience and persistence!

It is because of this that personal health coaching programmes are recommended for a minimum period of 6 weeks.
