How it works
Emotional intelligence (EI) helps you understand how you and others are feeling, and why, and is more important than IQ in achieving sustainable success. By understanding and harnessing your emotional intelligence you will learn how to become more self-aware of the impact that daily life can have on you, and the impact you can have on those around you.
We’ll teach you practical skills and techniques to give you the ability to manage your emotions, consider consequences, and become happier and healthier. Improved emotional intelligence will also help you influence, persuade, and negotiate better.
Leaders who are emotionally intelligent have greater resilience and can deal with, or bounce back from adversity, setbacks, and trauma by remaining calm and aware through stressful events. This helps them not only outperform their peers but flourish and grow as a result.
