Our wellbeing menopause support services and coaching has been designed to psychologically and emotionally support women who are experiencing perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms.

Creating awareness of menopausal symptoms amongst all employees promotes a greater understanding and empathy towards those experiencing it. Menopause - a taboo subject?
Menopause is often considered a taboo subject, it’s often overlooked, not taken seriously. But not acknowledging the effects of menopause on your bottom line is a mistake. How we work
Our menopause coaching and workshops look to psychologically and emotionally support women experiencing the menopause. We will track individuals throughout the programme assessing any changes and ensuring they are getting the right support or treatment.
Our tailored sessions offer support to employees across a range of issues including: psychoeducation about the menopause, mindfulness techniques, how to have difficult conversations, as well as creating, writing and implementing a menopause wellbeing action plan for work and home.
We’ll also teach individuals effective techniques for dealing with, managing and improving the psychological and emotional symptoms of the menopause, and ultimately minimising the impact of those symptoms on the wider business. By creating a safe space for employees to talk about their symptoms we can look to prevent the likelihood of any escalating mental health conditions such as depression, stress and anxiety.
